At Eudaimonia Trips, we design meaningful journeys with care, transparency, and heart. These guidelines help us create smooth, memorable experiences for every traveler.

To secure your trip, we ask for a 30% deposit at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before your trip begins.

We accept bank transfers and major credit/debit cards.

Every journey includes the services listed in your itinerary, such as accommodations, select meals, tours, transportation, and expert support throughout your trip.

International flights, travel insurance, tips, souvenirs, and additional meals or drinks are not included unless specified.

Please ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.
Travel requirements vary by country, so we recommend checking entry rules in advance.

We’re here to help with guidance if needed.

Life happens. If adjustments to accommodations or activities become necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll always provide a high-quality alternative and keep you informed every step of the way.

Once your deposit is confirmed, your trip is guaranteed.

We hope you never need to cancel, but if you do:

• Deposit is non-refundable
  • 30–21 days before your trip: 35% fee
  • 20–10 days before your trip: 50% fee
  • 9 days or less: full trip cost applies

If a refund applies, we’ll send it via bank transfer. You may also choose to apply eligible funds toward a future trip.

Travel insurance with trip cancellation coverage is strongly recommended.

We welcome curious, kind, and open-minded travelers.
We reserve the right to withdraw participation if someone’s behavior negatively impacts the group or local communities.

Your personal information is used only for your trip planning. We don’t share it.

We occasionally share group photos to inspire other travelers. If you prefer not to be photographed, just let us know.

We work with trusted local partners and take great care in planning every detail.
That said, travel involves variables outside our control. We are not responsible for delays, schedule changes, or lost personal items.
